FOR LISTING CLIENTS:
- 1) David’s “One Thousand Dollars Says I Can Get Your Home Sold In 60 Days, give you $1000 guarantee”. What this means is that if David does not sell your home (pending) within 60 days after he lists it for sale, he will reduce his fee by $1000.
- 2) If a buyer buys one of David's listings he will contribute $1200 toward their buyers allowable closing costs. He makes this offer to get buyers to purchase his clients listings.
- Every property David lists and markets gets a "Standard One Year Home Owner Warranty" compliments of David. This policy pays for repairs to the property if one of the covered appliances, or systems malfunctions during the first year the new buyer owns the property. This keeps the buyer from coming back to the seller to repair something after the property sells. Also, it has been proven that homes offering "Home Owner Warranties" tend to sell faster.

David’s “You’ll Love Your New Home Guarantee”. This guaranties any buyer, who is a client of David’s have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that if they are not totally happy with the property they buy through David, he will sell it for FREE (listing side) for up to one year after they buy it! (This guarantee does not apply to investors who plan on selling the property for a quick profit).
- Also, if you buy your next home through David, he will get the seller to contribute at least $1200 toward your allowable closing costs, or he will contribute $1200 toward your allowable closing costs. Could you use an extra $1200 toward the money needed to purchase your home?
- In addition to all of the above, David gives every client (seller, or buyer) a “One Year Standard Home Owner Warranty” –that David either gets the seller to provide, or he pays for it at closing!
