Now, here is my "riddle me this" rant..... 

Speaking frankly, I'm amazed at how many buyers and sellers hire agents that DO NOT offer any of the bonuses and guaranteed serivce that David's team offers.  My only question is "Why?"  Oh, and also you want a real estate agent with good negotiating skills--especially in the market.
